rCr is the anti-social map app with no screen distraction.
No sign-ups, no tracking, world's lightest mobile infrastructure.
rCr does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII). No name, email address, phone number, or device identifier is ever linked to your activity.
rCr requires no account creation. When you install the app, a fully randomised, rotating anonymous node ID is generated locally on your device. This ID is not tied to you in any way and rotates automatically.
Location is processed entirely on your device as a lightweight coarse space-time hash comparison. Raw GPS coordinates are never transmitted to our servers. No location history is stored.
rCr contains no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics trackers, no Facebook Pixel, no Google Analytics, and no cross-app tracking of any kind.
App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) may collect anonymous aggregate download and crash metrics under their own privacy policies. rCr has no access to individual-level data from these sources.
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties — because we do not possess any user data to begin with.
Because rCr collects no personal data whatsoever, it is safe for all age groups under applicable privacy legislation including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and COPPA (USA).
